How can we help you?

We want every piece from The Wax Society to arrive beautifully and exactly as expected.
Here’s what you should know:

Orders

All candles are made and prepared with care.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, scent selection, or change of mind. Each candle is hand-poured and considered a personal-use product.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right.

 

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace it.
If your package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), we will help you file a claim and find a solution.
