At The Wax Society, each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow time for creation and preparation before shipment.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays

The Wax Society is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we are always happy to assist if issues arise.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items so we can assist you promptly.
