At The Wax Society, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.
Returns
We do not accept returns on our products. All sales are final.
Because our items are handcrafted and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or minor variations in appearance.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Used or burned candles
• Wax melts or candles that have been altered
• Items damaged due to improper use or care
Shipping Issues
The Wax Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Final Sale
All items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.
